SRI LANKA was recently endowed with the world travel and tourism council as safe travel destination which stimulates business sentiments, confidence and hoping to meet as usual in a very near future. In a global arena another impending vaccine is almost at the nearing stage for approvals by WHO. So we are quite content with the environment surrounding us unlike in three months ago when our first issue was made public. As we are well aware this pandemic has caused devastating effects to all our businesses and economies and our prediction for resilience was remote but it seems that in a few months down the line we may be fortunate to see near normalcy if substantial deviation is not occurred. The ill effects of current crisis will continue for another period but the strong leadership , new technologies, and innovations that emerge over this period not only has the potential to benefit us all for many years to come, it also means that the way we do business could be changed forever and we must be prepared and learned with the new challenges brought upon.
